Otis M. Bridgeforth

Otis M. "Boop" Bridgeforth, age 31, departed this life June 30, 2015. Son of Marlene Bridgeforth and Otis N. Hayes; and brother of Zachary Bridgeforth. He is also survived by a devoted grandmother, Mary E. Smith; grandfather, Charles A. Smith, Sr., and the grandson of the late Theresa O. Wilkes and Howard H. Bridgeforth, and a host of other family and friends. Funeral 11AM, Thursday, July 9, 2015, at Simpson United Methodist Church, 907 Centerville Road, Wilm, DE; viewing 9-11AM. Burial Gracelawn Memorial Park.
