I too was very saddened and shock to hear of Otis's passing he was a good man, and will be greatly missed.

CHARLES,DUCK I FEEL YOUR SADNESS,LAST YEAR THIS TIME, WE WERE TRAVELING THE SAME ROAD. HE'S BEGINING A NEW LIFE NOW, SO LOOK UP,HIS MEMORIES STILL LIVES INSIDE OF YOU BOTH AND HIS CHILDREN. MAY GOD BLESS THIS FAMILY.

I only knew Otis for one night. I met him at a party Thanksgiving weekend. He greeted me with a big smile and a cheerful hello, and I could tell by his greeting, that he must have been a nice guy. To the family, I am so sorry for your loss. Keep his memories close to your heart.
