Otis was an Alumni of University of Arizona.
Otis served in the U.S. Navy.
Otis was a faithful member of Iconium Baptist Church.
Cherishing his memories are daughter Tamyra Comeaux of Houston, TX, 2- Sibling in Seattle WA. And a host of other relatives and friends.
I was a classmate of Otis at King Jr. high school in Oakland, Ca. We later went to different High schools and competed against each other in all sports. Otis was a great guy and great athlete, we need more like him. Im sorry I didnt respond sooner but just found out of his passing. My sincere condolences to his family. Rest In Peace Otis
