Mr. Kelly was my third grade teacher and I never forgot how he was strict but caring...He was a great teacher and am saddened by his passing...Prayers to his family!

Prayers go out the family for strength & comfort through this journey. Mr. Otis was a dedicated family man, advocate for his church, a soldier for God and a mentor to the community. I can hear his thunderous voice in church saying "PREACH SIR" with that BIG smile.... he will truly be missed....

Mr. Kelly was truly a friend of the family .
Growing up in Palmetto in such a small community kept families connected.
A teacher, friend and church member at St. Andrews, teacher to my children and also a co-worker to my wife.
