Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at 10:00 AM with the funeral service beginning at 11:00 AM. Both services will be held at Greater St. Matthews Baptist Church, 7701 Jutland St., Houston, Texas 77033. The interment will be held at Paradise South Cemetery.

I'm Annie Mae Brown's grandson, Uncle Otis was my grandmothers brother. I want to send my condolences to the family. He will be missed, I hadn't seen Uncle Otis in quite a while. I remember him my dad (Willie Brown Jr.) and his brother Uncle Cheetah (George Brown) at my grandmothers house with Uncle Otis's brothers Uncle Buster Knowles , Uncle Alvin Knowles & another brother at a family get together.
