Not sure what to say?

I remember Mr. Lloyd at Roosevelt while I was there. He had a Kind and gentle spirit and Even though I was in the Band I would pass by his Classroom to go to the Bandroom, he enjoyed his students and taught them well. May God Bless the Family....

Mr. Lloyd,

Thank you for the music and songs. I was in your first choir at Roosevelt High School in 1963. It always made me feel proud to sing the school song you wrote "All hail, Franklin D. Roosevelt." It was always fun to see you over the years, and talk about those days.

Thanks for the memories.

Now the laborer’s task is over;
Now the Battle day is past;
Now upon the farther shore
Lands the voyager at last.

It is with great sorrow that we part with Mr. Otis Lloyd on this side of Jordan, but oh what joy when we meet on the other side. When we reach that blessed homeland, Where there's everlasting day; On that bright and blessed morning, God shall wipe all tears away.

Always bear in mind that spirit was never born and spirit can never die....

We will never forget the supremely talented educator and professional whom we all respected and appreciated. We wish to express our condolences to his family and commend you to the all knowing and powerful God--He alone can help you find the Peace and Comfort you seek.
