Otis passed away on Saturday, April 8, 2017. Otis was a resident of Georgia at the time of passing. The family will receive friends at Lakeside Funeral Home on Thursday, April 13, 2017, 4:00pm until 5:30pm, with a memorial service immediately following. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the Cure Alzheimer's Foundation in Smith's memory.
