We were fortunate to have Art as the head of our Life Systems/PFSD Systems Department. He was able to consistently select the right projects, put the appropriate people on them, apply his systems development methodology, and his rigorous checkpoint monitoring, to deliver a quality product that performed well from day 1 for the various customers.
