Don't mourn for me as I have been transformed from my "natural body" to my "spiritual body" and am now in the presence of God. I will miss greatly my wife of 54 years, Claudia, and my two exceptional sons, Brad and Eric. They and their children Derek and Zack and Claudia, Camille and Griffin,...

Not sure what to say?

It is very hard to express the deep fellowship that Otto fostered with the ecumenical Bible study that he led before work, at the Methodist Church in Westfield Center. There were many different faiths represented, and it help build a feeling of fellowship at Westfield. I am just sorry that there were not more people participating. We had not seen Otto since 1988, but will always remember Otto, Claudia and their family, and Otto's positive approach, to life and faith. Emma & Bob Huskins

Dear Claudia, I'm so sorry to find that Otto passed on to Heaven. What a true and wonderful man. He was such an influence on Cosette, who passed on in 11/13. I still remember the Sunday you came home from church and singing a Hymn and I joined in. You said that that was the first time Otto didn't get up and leave the room. Also the first Bible study we put together in Westfield.I think we did James. I loved him and you, coupled with a love of Jesus is the only way to go through this life....

CLAUDIA--MY SINCERE CONDOLENCES IN THE LOSS OF YOUR HUSBAND, OTTO. WHAT A WONDERFUL TRIBUTE TO THE LORD IN HIS OBITUARY. I KNOW YOU AND YOUR FAMILY ARE MISSING HIM BUT ARE REJOICING KNOWING HE IS IN HEAVEN AT THE FEET OF OUR LORD AND SAVIOR. GOD BLESS. JUDI GOSCHE CHANDLER

Very sorry for your loss.

Otto was always willing to share his expertise with those of us starting our careers at Westfield Insurance. I still remember his presentation to our training class and how it inspired me take a longer view of fiance, life and politics. He carried himself with dignity and integrity. Yet one of my enduring memories was leaving work on a summer evening and having Otto whip past in the parking lot on rollerblades.

Claudia and Eric--
We were in ABF with your family for a short time, but still think about the comments Otto made (both profound and hilarious).
Our hearts both break for you and yet rejoice with you.

Tim and Kathy Hanson

Otto will be missed greatly, Claudia, but what a testimony he left behind! It is a witness of the influence your life had on him. He and Mom are having a wonderful reunion in heaven and he'll wait for you there.

I am so sorry, Claudia. May Otto rest in peace.
