Not sure what to say?

Gary, Enjoyed your comments about the Summer grass cutting. That is what makes good memories. Heck, if you had upped the allowance, I'm sure he would have stayed and blown the snow in Winter. Only met your Dad once when he was showing me all your Haeger pottery and not taking responsibility for any of it! Good humor and a good man. I'm sure he'll be missed by all.

Sorry to hear of your loss, Gary. Your dad sounds like he was quite a guy. It is wonderful that you had him with you for all those years.

We have spent many summer vacation weeks in Montana at Gary and Alana's home with Otto over the years. It will never be quite the same but we will raise our 5 p.m. glasses to you in toast, Otto! Love you forever. Kathy and Chuck Granholm

Dear Gary and Alana,
We are sending our deepest sympathy for the loss of your Father. He sounds like he was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and in general a very good and decent person. May he rest in peace knowing that he has helped so many.

Well, I guess I'll be cutting my own lawn now. The fact that you cut it every summer for years until you were 94 never ceases to amaze me. Granted it took you longer each year and sure I half-heartedly complained about the poor gas milage you got, but I'll always picture you doing your best as I carry on. Thanks for the memories, dad! I'll miss you always.

Gary,
Sorry for your loss, it sounds your father was a great guy, am sure he will be missed.

I'm sorry for you loss. I hope the memories of your dad bring you comfort.

Thank you for the 8th grade geometry exam rote memory drill session in which I'm sure I cried in protest - - repeat !! : Length x width = area, length x width x height = volume, Pi x diameter = circle circumference, Pi x R squared = circle area.
Later, high school geometry and trigonometry was a complete and utter breeze...an easy A.

.... and I use the trig handbook almost daily. Thanks Dad.
