My sincere sympathies are extended to all the family. Otto and I go back to the CIR SCCA days when he was racing. I served with him on board positions thru the years....always fun....always a gentleman.

My condolences. I shared an office with Otto @ IEPA for 12 months. I learned a lot by listening. One day I guess I listened too hard and he told the person on the phone "I'm standing in the middle of a corn field". There are a lot of EARS in a corn field. Otto was truly a remarkable individual.

To the whole family, I have fond memories of Otto. As a young engineer at IEPA Otto took me under his wing. His video tape of his muzzle loaders ambushing another groups keel boat on the Sangamo River was classic. Stories of Ottos escapades at the agency will be fondly remembered for a very long time. He was a good man.
