My deepest sympathy to the Russell family. I have fond memories of Otto & his wife, Imogene when they lived next door to us on Colleton Ave. in Summerville. Imogene, my maiden name is Hargrove & remember y'all living next door to us. Had fun times with both of you. It meant a lot to me when Otto called when my parents passed away. Was sad to hear about Otto, my thoughts and prayers are with your family at this difficult time.
