This is my second memory of my childhood friend Owen Bechtel when Owen and I were in high school on the weekend we would go to Abrams airport in Grand Ledge and take pictures of airplanes while we were there one of our high school teachers Mr. Burkholder had his plane there and asked us if we would like to go up we said yes, but he could only take one of us at a time because it was a two seat single engine airplane so I went up first and then Owen went up as far as I know this is the first...

Owen and I were childhood friends. We both lived on West Scott st in Grand Ledge,Mi. We both loved baseball and had similar hobbies such as stamp collecting and airplane photo collecting. I didn't know of his passing till recently. My codolences to his family and friends.

You are always on my prayers. I know this is a very difficult anniversary and his memory lives on through his family. Prayers for all. Love all of you very much.

So sorry to hear about Owen. We have great memories of Owen and his words of wisdom for us when we were young and Karen worked with Owen. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of the family.
