Owen P. Kelly

Pat, Pappy, Opie, Papa, Dad~ A resident of Vancouver, Wash. since 1977, Owen was born in Yakima, Wash. September 6, 1940. He passed away at home on March 18, 2007. Memorial services will be held March 24, 2007, at 11:00am, at Peace Lutheran Church, 13112 NE 28th St., Orchards, WA 98682.
