I do not know Owen's family personally but I wanted to leave my condolences for them when I learned of Owen's sudden passing. I worked in Glenview for more than eight years and my job allowed me the privilege to work along side Owen and other members of the Glenview Police Department. He had a warm manner about him and always had a smile on his face. His work in the community was respected and will be remembered by not only those living there and working there now, but by those of us who...

He was Officer Friendly at Winkelman School, in Glenview, where I taught. He was so great with the students. My sympathy to the Masterson family.
