Passed away January 6, 2015. Memorial Service Tuesday, January 13, at 11 A.M. in the CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of CLEVELAND, 4420 ROCKY RIVER DR. AT PURITAS where friends may call TUESDAY 10 A.M.
