Owen Sully saved the Sheriffs Department from being dissolved and it was a terrible struggle. Because of Sheriff Sully Wyandotte County has both Sheriffs Department and Police Department. He increased professionalism. I know Sheriff and Police are grateful that he didn't give up or give in.
