Not sure what to say?

Owen Wilkerson was to life as his Chow Chow was to those who double dipped his green relish delight on their Elllis Park dogs.
I have known Mr Wilkerson since I was wearing #4 size shoes that came from of a cardboard box displaying a longeared dog.
Small shoes turned to larger shoes as Winters to Summers.
One of those Summers when a jobs in Henderson were not. I swept trash from the Grand Stands at Ellis Park
My collage money for that Summer was going to be meager.

Brent, Carter and entire family: I am so very sorry about the passing of your Dad. May God give you comfort as you go through the next few days, weeks, and months. My thoughts and prayers will be with all of you.

Carter and Brent,
I am so sorry to learn of the loss of your dad. Nothing replaces that loss and heartache. He will always be remembered fondly by me. I can close my eyes and still see him, Dad and Linney in the store discussing, debating arguing even over the matters at hand. He was a good man and good friend to our family. He will be missed and please know you have my sympathy.

A good friend who will be deeply missed I enjoyed his friendship.

A remarkable man and a light for many people!

Brent, Carter & families,

My deepest sympathy. Losing a parent is a life altering event. Having lost both must be gut wrenching. My heart simply breaks for you all. I am praying that knowing your parents are together once more, will bring you comfort.

Your Dad was a pillar of the community for such a long time & will be sorely missed by many! I always enjoyed chatting with Owen in the paint store; I typically left with a smile due to our conversations. I hope you...

Praying for all the Wilkerson family
