Ozzie B. Rice Jr. VIRGINIA BEACH - Ozzie B. "June" Rice Jr., of the 2100 block of Little Rock Court, died Sept. 15, 2008. A funeral will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in New Light Baptist Church. Carlos A. Howard Funeral Homes, Norfolk Chapel, is in charge.
