It is difficult to express how much 60 years of friendship with Pam means to me. We shared so many good times since we first met in 1965 at UT Southwestern Medical School/Parkland Memorial Hospital. I will miss Pam so very much and cherish always many wonderful memories of her. Condolences and blessings to her family. She was a wonderful friend. The world was a better place because of Pam.
