Pamela Hicks Obituary
FORT WAYNE - Pamela R. Hicks, 50, passed away Tuesday, July 17, 2018, after a long battle with cancer.
Pam was born in Kendallville. She was the daughter of Constance E. (Becker) and R. Ray Hicks, who survive.
Pam was a 1986 graduate of Northrop High School and a member of Bethany United Methodist Church. Pam spent her career in food service. Most recently she worked at McDonald's on Dupont Road. The team she worked with there were incredibly gracious and supportive of Pam during her illness. Pam enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephew.
Pam is survived by her sister, Angela (Joseph) Bowman; her nieces, Abigail and Mary Bowman; and her nephew, Jacob Bowman.
She was proceeded in death by her brother, Ryan Hicks.
A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 21, at D.O. McComb & Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 E. Dupont Road, Fort Wayne, with calling two hours prior. Burial will be in Oak Park Cemetery, Ligonier. Memorials may be made to Visiting Nurse of Fort Wayne, 5910 Homestead Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46814, or Bethany United Methodist Church, 7715 Sunny Lane, Fort Wayne, IN 46835.
