You show grace and strength in this ordeal, Greta. Sean must be a truly fine young man. Your mother was my childhood friend and aunt, though we were only six months apart in age. We spent summers together, grew to be accomplished young women under the stern and watchful eye of Virgia (Grandma Virginia) and Betty (my mother). My thoughts are with you. I knew Pam at Colonel White. She was a woman of great grace and beauty. I am sorry I never saw her after high school. I often wondered what her life had become. So sorry she had a long illness.
