Jim,
My deepest condolences to you and your families. Pam and I made an easy connection from day 1 as she spent some time in Hong Kong. I am deeply saddened to hear her passing.

Pam was a special lady with an indomitable spirit. Her bridge skills were only exceeded by her courage in the face of adversity. She was admirable in her fight against cancer and her love of life. She will be missed by all who knew her. I first met her at the Arlington bridge game in the early 1990's and marked her as someone of quality and skill. She was, in every way. God speed. Carolyn W

I'm terribly sorry to hear of Pam's passing. She was a force at NEJM and the loss will be significant. I really enjoyed working with Pam for nearly 15 years. Her sense of humor and her intelligence were truly unique. The world is a quieter and dimmer place without her in it. Wishing her family and friends my sincere condolences.

Very sad to read about Pam's passing. Condolences to Jim and her close friends and family. Now I've read about her life.. what an impressive career she had after she worked for Gunther Schuller, where we met. She replaced me as the company manager... and was very efficient and caring. Oh my.. your loss will be great. Take care, Jean Hasse

Dear Jim,
Tad and I send our love to you and Mrs. Miller, Pam's Mom. We are all so sad about this loss, but our hearts go out to you, especially. I will cherish the fun memories of dinners in Paris, Barcelona, London, and your wedding clam bake and how brilliant, fun, and ever so normal Pam made everything seem to be. Love, P
