Dear Bill & Frank. My daughters just sent me the news of Pams' passing. I am so very sorry for your loss. I am having a hard time accepting that Pam has passed already. She was too young. Please tell me why she died. I am befuddled. And why they moved to Wyoming. We had lots of good times way back when. She had lots of good attributes. She was always a hard worker.
