Pamela Cecilia Russell

Pamela Cecilia Russell, 58 of Mechanicsville, MD, passed away on December 11, 2015 at Georgetown University Medstar Hospital. She is the daughter of Lloyd and Marguerite Russell and sister of John Russell. Pamela was born and raised in Southern Maryland. She is survived by her mother, her brother and son, Russell Johnson and her two dogs, that she cared for. Family will unite with friends for visitation at 10 am until time of service at 11 am on Monday, December 21, 2015 at Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home, 38576 Brett Way, Mechanicsville, MD. Interment will be private.
