Celebration of Life Services will be held on Saturday June 25, 2016 at 11am in Murray Brothers Funeral Home Cascade Chapel, 1199 Utoy Springs Rd Atlanta GA 30331. Entombment, Westview Abby. She is survived by her son, Chase A. Blackwell; parents, Mr. and Mrs. John B. Sr. and Frances M. Smith; sister, Lori A. Smith; brother and sister-in-law, John B. Smith, Jr. (Angela); Godmother, Mrs. Sally J.Warner; Charles Blackwell; and a host of other friends,cousins and relatives.
