Pamela Renee Patterson Ward

Pamela Renee Patterson Ward, 57, of Morganton, departed this life for her heavenly home on Friday June 8, 2018. Ms. Ward was born on October 9, 1960 in McDowell County to the late Ralph and Hope Patterson. She was a weaver in the textile industry and was a member of Connelly Springs Freewill Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a son, Trae Montana Ward. Survivors include her son, Randy Ward of Valdese; and two nephews, David Kelley and Mitch Patterson. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 4:00 P.M. Thursday June 14, 2018 at Connelly Springs Freewill Baptist Church, with Rev. Patrick Buchanan and Rev. Aaron Causby officiating. Interment will follow in the Connelly Springs Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery. The church will be open thirty minutes prior to the service for friends and family to gather.
