Not sure what to say?

Paola was a wonderful friend and co-worker I have often thought of her. I met her in 1971 when I started at OHSU and she was wonderful to work with and always patient with me. I had not seen her since 1996 but we kept in contact with the yearly Christmas cards until she was no longer able to write them. I will always cherish the memories of her and look forward to seeing her again in the presense of our Lord.
May God bless and keep her family at this time.

PAOLA, IT'S BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE I WORKED WITH YOU. I KNOW YOU ARE AT EASE NOW AND IN LOVING HANDS. YOU WILL BE MISSED AND I ALWAYS THOUGHT ABOUT OUR TIMES AT OHSU. GOD SPEED TO THE FAMILY.

Paola was the most gracious person I will likely ever meet. Many years ago she trained me to do her 5 am shift. I am not a morning person, but she was kind and patient.

I worked with Paola at OHSU food Service for 11 years. I am saddened by her passing, she was always a ray of light to me. Always a smile, to get me through the day. God be with you, Paola, you deserve the best!!

Our deepest sympathies and condolences to the Baiocco family. Paola Baiocco was my Godmother, who openly shared her faith and life with my family and me. Her warm and loving smile touched our lives in a very special way. I am blessed to have had such a strong yet gentle soul to help guide my faith. The memories of visiting Paola and the Baiocco family will be cherished always.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Baiocco family.

My sincerest condolences to the Baiocco family. I went through grade school and high school with Benny, and he is oftentimes in my dreams. Mrs. Baiocco did a wonderful job raising kind and thoughtful children.

Paola, my cousin, was better known to me as Pauline and will be remembered as a very loving and caring individual who enjoyed family get togethers and family reunions with her entire family and friends. It was always a pleasure to visit with her Fausto, Rita and Anna. Everyone was welcomed into her household with loving care and concern. She will be remembered and missed.

I have been to Italy several times and have enjoyed countless Italian meals, but none so fine as the first authentic one Paola made for me in Portland 33 years ago. With courses of pasta, fish, and meat, not to mention salad, fresh bread and dessert, and with Faust frequently refilling my wine glass – it didn’t bother him that I was only 16 – and good company all around, it was an evening forever in my memory – and forever around my belly as it got me started on the lifelong practice of full...

Paola was a the epitomy of beautiful, both inside and out. A lady at all times. Graceful and elegant, kind and caring.

She will be greatly missed by all that knew her.

My deepest sympathy to Fausto and family.
