Parrish I am honored to have known you thru CSEA. We had some good years and good conversations. My sympathy to your family for their loss of a wonderful man.

Parrish was involved with Csea for years and I had the pleasure to share views and comments at various workshops and conventions
with him, he was someone nice to know.

I would usually leave notes at work, for Parrish to see the next morning. He had a love/hate relationship with those notes. He sometimes hated getting them, but would often say "What happened . . . no notes today? I miss them." I thought this would be a fitting tribute to him:

There will be no more stories of old Hungary or your early days in New York. No recipes to share, and no tales from far off corners of the world. No talk of old...

You'll be missed dearly, you touched my family's heart in so many ways. Danielle and Devin looked forward visiting you in your home, you always had something interesting to share be it your family, a trip or your life's inspirations..Devin has his fond memories of sleep overs and your "French Toast". Danielle remembers coffee clutching at the "round table"about your worldly accomplishments, and the love for children. Your hospitality was overwelming and you had the nack of making everyone...

We are grateful to had a wonderful conversation last weekend. It was good to hear that you were really enjoying retirement, now.
