Not sure what to say?

Feel so inadequate when it comes to expressing my admiration for Pat Conroy and the gifts he has left us with his beautifully written stories. He once was speaking in Florida and staying near me on Longboat Key. I will never forget walking over and ringing his room. His publicist or assistant answered and said he was not receiving calls. I don´t know what I would have said but just had this need to talk to him. I just finished Barbra Streisand´s autobiography and loved her chapter about...

I would like to offer my sincerest condolences to the family and friends of mr . Pat Conroy he was known for his great novels may the God of tender mercies grant him peace

Mr. Conroy leaves behind a great legacy. Condolences to the family and may God continue to strengthen and be with the family.

When a friend of Pat died, he said the fist person to cry was God. As one of his long time readers, I too cried when I learned of his death. At least we have all his wonderful books to sustain us.

Godspeed Pat, and thank you for sharing a part of your life with us.

Because I was and to some extent a product of what Pat and many others fought against during those days. Although Pat has made his...

Been a Year and I still cannot believe Pat Conroy is not going be able to give us another book from his beautiful mind. Still missing the Great Conroy...

I feel like a light has gone out and it will never be able to be turned on again. Your words were like velvet to me and no one will ever take your place.
