Sunrise on Long Beach Island with Pat

Pat was a wonderful person and a great friend. My fondest memories was vacationing with Pat on the Jersey Shore in the 80's. I got to know him much better and we used to walk to the used bookstore to get our reading material for the beach. I remember when I came back to UD in 2002 for my 20 year reunion, Pat remembered that my mom had passed away that year and that really touched me. Blessings to Melissa and the kids and God be with you!

I have many fond memories of Flanagan's and Pat. The best is the evening Mark and I talked about what if we had a life together. Love and peace be with your family. Thank you for making the Dayton area a fun and great place to live and attend school.

Great man. Friend. Best St Patrock's Day party I have ever been to. You will be missed. UD class of 1977.

Mr. Pat was very customer friendly, he smiled a lot and was such a very nice person. Mr. Pat you will be missed. To the Family: Mr. Pat is at peace now, may not your hearts be troubled, he 's in GOD'S HOUSE! Barb, & Jeff (RTA)

I WORKED IN THE BAR WHEN IT FIRST OPENED. Pat treated us after we finished working. RIP

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Flanagans. Pat you will be missed. Thanks for the many years of friendship.

Pat brought me aside and was a father figure after my pops passed away from cancer. He has been a father figure to many and is going to be missed.

Pat was a good friend during my years as an undergrad at UD in the early 80's and also afterwards when I worked at NCR after graduation. I'll never forget his legendary St. Patty's Day parties.
RIP - Pat. God Bless and God Speed.

Thank you Pat for all you did to boost my career goals as I was the host of Flyer Feedback live from Flanagan's from 1999-2006. Your encouragement and caring for me and my family is what always stood out. You have made a difference in my life and countless others. Thank you Pat for being a good and loyal friend!
