KIRKPATRICK, Pat - Of Flint, age 72, died Sunday, May 24, 2009 at Avalon Hospice. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 27, 2009 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Minister Mark S. Aites officiating. Burial in Crestwood Cemetery. Visitation 6-9 p.m. Tuesday and 1 p.m. Wednesday until the time of the service at the funeral home. Those desiring may make contributions to Avalon Hospice. Pat was born in Kennett, Missouri on August 11, 1936, the daughter of Henry and Edra (Sutton) Kirkpatrick. Pat was a member of Swartz Creek Church of Christ. Surviving are mother, Jean Nicholson; 2 brothers, Billy J. and wife Velma Kirkpatrick, Lewis C. and wife Gwen Kirkpatrick, all of Clio; 2 nieces, Michele Smith of Overland Park, Kansas and Dena Herald of Clio; 2 nephews, Michael Kirkpatrick of Swartz Creek and David Kirkpatrick of Clio; 6 great-nieces and 3 great-nephews; several aunts and uncles.
