Safely Home

I am home in heaven, dear ones.
Oh, so happy and so bright!
There is a perfect joy and beauty
in the everlasting light.
All the pain and grief is over,
Every restless tossing passed;
I am now at peace forever,
Safely home in heaven at last.
There is work still waiting for you,
So you must not idly stand,
Do it now, while life remaineth -
You shall rest in God's own...

Dear Bo and Sallie, Jennifer and Brock:

Today I witnessed true love between a daddy/grandfather and his family. My heart cried when they gave the flag to Bo and thanked him and his dad for their service to their country. In these times of strife, I believe that we need to honor those who risked their all for the rest of us. Thank you Pat for being there for my family and Bo for being there for my family which was yet to come. The service was beautiful, I really enjoyed it. ...
