I first met Pat when I contacted her company to upgrade the heat and air conditioning systems in my home. She was knowledable and informative and assured me that I would be warm and cool. A few years later I spent a day with her as a volunteer greeter at the the Mechanicsburg Museum. She had just come from an appointment with her cancer doctor. Her attitude regarding her illness was simply amazing. She was someone to be admired.

Met Pat when she worked seamlessly on the electricity during the restoration of our building on Allen Street which became The Wilcox Woodshop. Foster, her father, had told us that this was where Pat's maternal great grandfather, Raymond E. DeWalt had taught woodworking to him and his high school friends. Pat was great. I first met her when I was replacing my hvac system. She was the only one who listened intently to the problems we had and came up with a solution. She was the only one who did measurements and a load calculation. What she did worked exactly as we hoped. She was very skilled. I clearly remember one thing she said: "We aren´t here to sell equipment, we want to form relationships". And that she did so well. With a friendly manner, a wealth of experience, knowledge, and...

Our sympathy and prayers are with the family at this difficult time. Patti was very helpful in helping us when we had central air installed in the early 1990s.
