I am writing this a day early for a variety of reasons. I will never forget my dear childhood and lifelong friend, "Patti," with whom I went to elementary, junior high and high school and then college. I have nothing poetic or interesting to say, except that I will always feel her loss and never forget her magnificence. I can never not have had her.
