Patty was an extraordinary lady who wanted things done in a particular way--not haphazardly. She taught me so much when I was a caregiver for her, and treated me like family and a friend. I worked for the Almquist's for many years starting in 1996 as Patty's live-in care attendant. I had just moved to Seattle from the Midwest and knew only 4 people in the area.
