Pat was a very good friend of mine for 40 years. I enjoyed playing tennis with her and going on many house parties in the nearby mountains.

Pat and Garry were always active in the Winston-Salem Chamber of Commerce when I worked there in the 80s and 90s. Wonderful folks and Pat was always joyful and kind. She spearheaded and led many great events. I always recall her sweet laughter and giving personality. What a joy to be near Pat, her energy and quick wit!
