I was fortunate enough to be one of her college teachers and found her to be bright, disciplined, and one of the very best students in my 35 years of college teaching. She served as an inspiration to her fellow students, and I was confident that she was bound for great things. I am sure she will be missed by many.

From cousin Sam. Me and Pat grew up together. I'm a month older. I remember all the times we played together and I loved Pat. So much fun growing up on same family farm. I always wished I was as smart as Pat in school. I missed seeing her after I moved away from Candler, but I cherish the memories from years ago.
