It was with sorrow that we read of Pat's recent passing and so I am writing to extend my deepest sympathies to all the family, Mary, Charlie, John and Peter. Pat was a good friend and always a most interesting person to be with. I have often thought of our times together on Alcan Dr. when she was at one end and Henry and I were at the other. We often visited and talked about her time in Japan with Jack. We both loved the Orient and Oriental art and porcelains. Now I am back at the Heritage...

It was great to see you all at the memorial mass. The mass was a beautiful one that Pat surely would have liked. You were all fortunate to have Pat and Jack as your parents and you and the rest of us will retain fond memories of them. They were both larger than life.

I really enjoyed meeting and hearing about all of the grandchildren. You have a great crew there and I am sure they will give you a lot of joy in the years to come.
