WEST MILTON - Patricia Anne Clark, age 88, of West Milton, died Thursday, June 29, 2023, at Cypress Pointe Health Campus. Celebration of Life is 1-3 p.m. Sunday July 9 at Hale House Event Center, 320 N. Miami St. West Milton. Interment at Woodland Cemetery at a later date.
