I am so sorry for your loss. I have fond memories of her being my kindergarten teacher. Years later I had the privilege of knowing the whole family. I know God is with you during this loss. One of the best memories I have is when we would play musical chairs and mrs. Coleman would take the time to actually sit with me. It is a great loss

Pat was such a kind and gentle person. She will be greatly missed.

One of the sweetest people I have ever know. You will be missed by so many people, but God took his Angel home. Blessings to all who will miss Pat.

I was so saddened to hear of Pat's passing. I enjoyed my time with her at Brainerd and will always remember her spirit, wit, warmth, and sincere love of working with children. She will be greatly missed. May you take comfort in knowing there is one more angel above us.

So sorry! Pat was a wonderful personso helpful at Burr School and at Brainerd Library. She was so cheerful and positive and knowledgable. Her patience with children was unmatched. She was a true treasure the likes of which we have rarely seen. I will miss her immensely and cherish all the happy memories I have of her.

The whole Brainerd Library family was so saddened to learn of former Children's Librarian Pat Coleman's passing. Pat worked at the library from June 2010 to September 2017. Her love of children, her friendly demeanor with co-workers, and her strong public service ethic is a legacy from which we and the Haddam community still benefit every day.
