Mr. Cottingham (Bruce),
Sorry if this is a 15 mos. and a day late. I didn't know about this site until my mom passed. I just wanted to say I loved Pat. She was always out working in her lawn when I came over to my parents (except in the winter). On Halloween she always had a bag of candy ready for my kids who she knew would be coming over to my parents house next door. She always wanted to catch up on what was going on in my life and tell me about hers. She was a very sweet lady...

I am deeply saddened to see that Mrs. Cottingham has left us. A wonderful lady. I always appreciated her sweetness, her friendliness, and her love of life. I offer my condolences and also offer them on behalf of the Greenhills Historical Society. Mrs. Cottingham served for many years as our recording secretary, did an absolutely wonderful job, and helped with many Society functions. She made our group so much better. I am grateful to have known her

We are so saddened to hear of Pat's passing. She was very special to so many people, and always had such a great outlook and attitude..So many will miss her. Bruce, I cannot imagine the pain of losing your wife after 55 years.
