Not sure what to say?

Dear Phil, Geoff, Linda and Collin:
When I came to SLC this last weekend to see my Mom, I just learned of Patty passing. Please accept my sincerest sympathies. She was a lovely, intelligent, remarkable woman.

I hope you all will take comfort from wonderful memories of Patty in her prime, and the she has now found peace.

Warmest best wishes.

I remember a warm, elegant, accomplished woman who was comfortable to be with and a joy to engage in conversation. I looked forward to seeing her and getting her angle on life. Her family is her greatest legacy.

Dearest Linda and Family,
Pat, or Mrs. Cowley as I called her :), will always be a very special part of my childhood memories on Glenmare Street. Those were the happy days of our childhood, where your moms piano playing was our background soundtrack. Raking leaves, throwing water balloons, picking on our younger siblings or spying on your cute older brother, it was all done to laughter and music. I feel truly blessed to have known such a wonderful woman. You are all in my thoughts,

Dear Phil, Colin, Geoff,

Patty has always been my ideal woman: classic elegance, beauty and intelligence. I did not envy her as much as I aspired to acquire her attributes.

May you find comfort in the expressions of love from all those who knew Patty.

Love

Dear Phil:

I remember Patty as a warm and caring person. Although I never knew her very well, I'm sure you and your family will miss her dearly. I suspect some of Collin's caring personality comes from both his mom and you.

Hold your memories close.

Love,
Julie (Gardner) McKenzie

Dear Phil, Collin, and Families,

We extend our love and sympathy to you at this time of such great loss. You are fortunate to have known and loved such an intelligent and talented woman, as evidenced by her many accomplishments and the comments of those who knew her well during many stages of life. May warm memories comfort you in the difficult times of missing her in the future.

Family, I was one year ahead of your mother at Tooele High School. She is a beautiful woman then and now. I only had the opportunity of dating her once. Pat living at Deseret Chemical Depot was a little far for me when I had to borrow my dad's car. But our date was fun and I really enjoyed having that opportunity. May our Heavenly Father's choicest blessings be upon all of the family.
