Though we didn't get to see each other often, Pat was a lovely person and very dear to her little brother, Ed (my husband -- making Pat my sister-in-law). Ed and Pat often talked on the phone and he would seek out his sister if he hadn't heard from her in awhile. He died on her birthday last year.

I met Pat and her husband Bill years ago at St. Ignatius. We enjoyed coffee and conversation almost every Sunday after Mass at our coffee klatch at Carpe Diem. Beautiful couple. They will be missed by all who knew them.
