PATRICIA "PAT" ANN FRANCE, 83, of South Point, widow of James R. France, died July 2, 2025 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. She was a Phlebotomist for the VA Medical Center. Reger Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements which are incomplete.
