Patricia Audrey Gatlin (Sedei) (April 30, 1941 – February 8, 2021)

Mom looking cute as per usual

Me and mom having a laugh at my wedding

Mom...such a fun lady

My dear little sister, Pat. You departed this world and, once again, are surrounded in the welcoming and loving arms of your Mom and fourteen older brothers and sisters who passed to this Land of Grace before you. You deserve to be there. Life on earth is so short. But, joyous Eternity is never ending. Your life here remains a legacy through your beautiful children and grandchild, as well as your many friendships. Your smiling face, kindness and welcoming demeanor leaves an indelible...

Mom

I know of you through your youngest daughter, Kelli.
Please rest knowing that you raised one of the fiercest, most loyal, people I have ever met.
She fights for those who cannot fight for themselves, she is brave, and she is genuinely good. She touches people every day. You did a good job.
Your family is in our thoughts.

My deepest sympathy to the (Sedei) Gatlin Families for the loss of your loved one, Patricia Audrey, and pray God gives you comfort, peace and strength.

I well remember visiting Aunt Pat in the Johnstown area, summers and my preteen years. She would take me on the bus into downtown Johnstown for some shopping.
At times we would sit on the porch swing at grandmom’s house and play a game of identifying the cars that went by. (In those days the cars did not all look alike).
Lots of fun and lots of laughs with Aunt Pat.

Rest in heaven Ms. Gatlin. May the love and devotion you shared for your children continue to comfort them now and forever.

It’s truly the toughest day when you hear that your Mom is gone. Hard to wrap your head around. I’m nit sure how long it will take to fully grasp.
Each time I have a conversation with someone about my mother, I realize how much alike we were. From coffee consumption to music to an independent nature and more. I will forever find solace in knowing she lives in me and through me.
I’m so thankful for my brother and sister for the care and love they gave her throughout her life.
