Pat baby sat my sister and I when they lived on Vallejo in SE Dallas. One of their girls taught me how to ride a motorcycle at Camp Pettyjohn Springs on a Christian retreat. Truly a remarkable Christian woman who set the gold standard when it came to being a mother and a wife.

In 1979 we visited Garland Road and must have looked lost. A very beautiful and kind lady introduced herself, invited us to sit with her, shared her song book and then after church she took us to our classroom. This lady was Pat Gibson. she was not only beautiful and kind she was also gracious. We will never forget Pat Gibson.
Our condolence and prayers for Herb and her many family members and friends.

She sends her best and will pray for her loved ones...

I remember Pat Gibson being one of the best Christian role models from the earliest of memories. She was like family, because she was a mother to my uncle. Funny, because other than my grandparents and the Gibson family, I have no memories of the families whom adopted my moms other sibs. I can hardly believe she's gone. She will be missed terribly and all of her family can guarantee she made a everlasting good impression on this younger Christian woman! My prayers will be with those who were...
