Ted, Steve, NiCole and kids,
We are so sorry to hear of Pat's death. I will always remember her sitting out in the garage watching over her grandkids (and the rest of the kids in the neighborhood) as they played outside in the summer when they were little. She was a special lady and I'm glad we had the chance to get to know her. Know that you are in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
