Dear Diane, Suzanne and Family. I can´t find the words to express how sorry I am for your loss. I had the pleasure to work for Mrs. Jacobs for few years and enjoyed every minute of it. Mrs. Jacobs legacy of kindness and love will continue to inspire us all and her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.

I had the pleasure of working with Pat on the radio/tv show. Patricia truly was an inspirational matriarch and someone who always had a smile to share. For her 90th I remember her saying it was a time to try new and challenging endeavors. Knowing Pat continues to spur me on and make me smile. You may recall that I worked for your dad at JJO nearly 35 years but unfortunately had to retire early due to failed back surgery shortly after 9-11.
