Not sure what to say?

To the Jardine Family~
We were so sorry and saddened by the news of Pat's death. What a great person --- Pat Jardine. We are so glad we had the opportunity to meet her. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with the family at this sorrowful time. With sympathy and friendship,

My dearest sister Pat,

I will always remember the good times we had when we were young. I'm sad now because you are no longer here with me but I'm happy that you are with our parents. I hope to see you in heaven someday. I've been praying every night since you been gone because I miss you so much. I bet you're getting heaven ready for the rest of us because when I get there - we will have some fun together. For now, I love and miss you.

Your sister,

Betty Jean

To Joe, George, Buffy, the rest of the family and the many friends and associates of Pat Jardine. I wondered what I could add to what I knew would be many fond reflections of Pat from many sources. As I arrive home, I also noted the passing of Herb Rosenberg whom I knew well as a very distinguished trial lawyer. Herb and Pat did what they did giving a 1000% effort at all times.
Dear friends, I look forward to similar comparisons from others. Kindest regards always.

Joe, deespest sympathies to you and your family on your terrible loss. Your love for your mother is evident every time you speak of her, and she was fortunate to have such a devoted son.

To Joseph and the rest of Jardine's family. My sincerest condolences. Jardine was an inspiratation to me - her compassion for women's rights, for equality, and for those of us who also are cancer survivors was near and dear to my heart. She was a great woman! Thank you!

Dear Joe, George and family. I was very saddened to hear of Pat's untimely passing. Strong willed and perservering, she was also very thoughtful, kind and respectful to those of us who worked for and with her. May you find comfort in your memories and in the knowledge that she is now up there getting heaven ready for the rest of us. My heart goes out to all of you.

My Dearest Patsy,
First I called you,"boss" and then I called you, "mentor" and then I called you, "friend" but when you called me your, "sister", I felt honored and blessed. You always had room in your heart for one more. Thank you for letting me be one more. You taught me how to listen to the heart of a person, you did it better than anyone. While you are walking along that beach you dreamed of, help us to keep listening to each other and loving each other. I miss you terribly and I will...

This world has lost a truly special human being. We will miss her strength and her gentleness; her gift for looking beyond the moment and trusting that every person could and would become the best they could be if only given the chance. She was a woman of power and of dreams; of knowledge and determination. More importantly to me, she was my friend and I will miss her terribly. Fly free my friend!
